Property Law, Diploma in Cyber Law and Diploma in Labour laws.

Area of practice: She conducts comprehensive national and
international trademark searches to ensure trademark distinctiveness
and protection. She manages the full IP filing and prosecution process
for trademarks, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and
deadlines. Additionally, she drafts and files trademark oppositions
and rectifications to safeguard clients’ interests by challenging
conflicting trademark applications. Her expertise also includes
preparing detailed legal notices and agreements, providing robust
legal documentation to support clients’ trademark rights and business
operations.
